YOU ain't seen nothing yet' - that's the message Worcester Warriors' flying Kiwi Rico Gear is sending out to the Sixways faithful.
The All Black wing has shown glimpses of his world class pedigree since arriving at the club in December, but insists he has not found top Gear' yet.
The 29-year-old, who played for New Zealand-based Super 14 sides the Crusaders and the Blues before switching to the northern hemisphere, has had a stop-start beginning to his Warriors career through injury and illness
However, he is determined to replicate the sort of performances that earned him a reputation as one of the deadliest finishers in world rugby sooner rather than later in a gold n' blue jersey.

That statement of intent will leave Warriors fans - especially the ones who witnessed Gear scorch his way to a scintillating solo try in the 46-0 demolition of Romanian minnows Bucuresti - licking their lips in anticipation.
Gear said: "We are getting towards the back end of the season now, hopefully I can still make a major contribution and try and get back in the side and show what I am about.
“The Worcester fans have not seen the best of me yet — nowhere near.”

"The Worcester fans have not seen the best of me yet - nowhere near.
"I'm looking forward to next pre-season and making sure I am at my best when we start next season.
"I didn't have a pre-season with Warriors when I came here, I was back into playing after a break straight away. You have to get on with your job but it is hard to get up to speed as quickly as you want.
"I was desperate to play well and start scoring tries as soon as I rocked up. I'm not where I want to be performing at the moment - there is much more to come from Rico Gear."
The 19-times capped international added that he is recovering from the viral infection that has kept him out of Worcester's last three games and raring to go again.
He said: "It's been a frustrating couple of weeks for me. I got a viral infection and it just sapped my energy totally, there was nothing I could do at full pace.
"I think it was probably a contribution of everything, it has been a very busy time for me and my family with the move to the other side of the world. I guess it can catch up on you, we are all only human - I'm not blaming the weather though!
"I have been trying to get better as quickly as possible, but you don't want to rush these things. I have hardly missed any rugby over the past four years. I've never really had any major injury problems, not missing more than one game."
Gear also admitted he is loving being a family man in the Faithful City, which is a far cry away from life on the road when playing in the Super 14.
He added: "One of the major factors for me moving to Worcester Warriors was the quality of my home life and spending more time with my family.
"The first month my new born arrived, I got to spend nine days with the family. I would have one day and then be away for a week.
"Now I am being really hands-on, doing the nappies and anything else, I don't mind. It's great to see so much of them and really be a dad."
